Information we process
We process account information such as your email address, authentication records, credit balance, and service activity. When you use the editor, we process uploaded images, prompts, marked-area instructions, generated results, project and version relationships, and technical request records.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, run requested edits, save version history, prevent duplicate charges, provide downloads, diagnose failures, protect the service, and understand whether product flows work. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded or generated images.
AI providers and storage
Images and instructions may be sent to the image-processing providers used by our existing service pipeline. Saved uploads and results are stored so that your projects and versions remain available. Provider and storage handling may involve processing in countries different from your own.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. ImageRework receives transaction status and identifiers needed to add credits and reconcile purchases; we do not store full payment card details.
Analytics and security
We use limited product analytics to understand actions such as upload, generation, download, refinement, signup, and checkout. We also retain security and reliability records needed to prevent abuse, investigate errors, and enforce service limits.
Retention and deletion
Account and project data is retained while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, billing, and operational obligations. To request account or image deletion, email support@skybringup.com. We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Your choices
You may choose not to create an account, in which case no paid image generation begins. You may also request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Do not upload images you lack permission to process.
